▪ Meeting Customer satisfaction requirements and handling customer objectives.
▪ Achieving KPI based targets.
▪ Reviewing customer information and update it thru C@P based on the existing customer file
▪ Diagnose customer vehicle & advise him on necessary repairs (Vehicle acceptance). DDB: Direct dialogue bay.
▪ Handle warranty policy within the authority given.
▪ Complete repair order & obtain customer approval & signature.
▪ Follow up workshop to ensure delivery time as promised.
▪ Ensure that time of completion is as promised to the customer.
▪ Respond promptly to customer request.
▪ Convey requirements clearly to the workshop by preparing work order based on Time Unit Manual.
▪ Responsible for securing regular customer relations.
