I used to manage the entire negotiation process, from the Offer to the Final Contract.
I also took care of all the online advertisements by managing several webpages and Adwords campaigns
My responsibilities fell into three main areas:
1- Sales Representative: by selling the maximum amount of Apple CPUs and Mobiles;
From May 2012:
2- Italian Team Manager: by coordinating the sales team and developing synergies between its members;
3- Trainer: by giving technical lessons in order to increase the product knowledge of agents.
My responsibilities fell into two main areas:
1. e-Business, by managing and keeping updated the company's website particularly related to webpages of events, products, promotions, contacts, and other important information from the marketing point of view.
2. e-Marketing, by supporting the Newsletter process through the coordination of different partners like submitters, editors, translators, and layout builders.
I did this internship in order to do my post-graduate thesis in the Marketing field.
1 step: Marketing research, interviewing clients with a questionnaire.
2 step: Market segmentation through the statistical method 'Cluster Analysis'.
The result was the segmentation of the local market in 5 main segments through a selection of
socio- demographic features.
The MBA was completely taught in English in an international and multicultural environment with students from all around the world. Final Thesis: “The Internationalization Process in the Chinese Market”
