• Responsible for producing competitive price through evaluation of Drawing, BOQ & Specs.
For both Electrical and Plumbing
• Prepare the tender analysis sheet and submit to Estimation Manager.
• Prepare and review the received Tender documents (Drawings + Specification + Bill of Quantities) pertaining to Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Sending enquiries and attending the meeting to the specified/non-specified suppliers for materials & equipment.
• Evaluate the received supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations, etc. Make comparative analysis of all quantities & use the best possible solution.
• Negotiated contracts with the vendors
• Prepare the BOQ for final submission to the Client/Main Contractor.
• Prepare Scope of work.
• Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received.
• Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.

• Organizes the manpower for daily site activity in accordance with planning schedule of the project.
• Check the procurement and delivery of materials if it is in accordance with material approval and specification prior to install at site.
• Reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Reviews project documents & creates RFIs for design clarification
• Prepare and review Material submittal.
• Maintains and updates a complete Submittal Log
• Arranges and checks tracking schedule ( Materials & Drawings )
• Read and interprets drawing and implement at site
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client)
• Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
• Response and closed all consultant comments for submittals and drawing.
• Responsible for electrical final costing.

• Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
• Preparing wiring diagrams for electricians and electrical installers.
• Liaising with others in the design team.
• Participates in the procurement process, including researching materials, equipment, and vendors
• Assists in the coordination and review of consultants' design work.
• Functional supervisors before and during construction to ensure the work is in compliance with the design
• Prepares and maintains technical engineering records and drawings.

To Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Extracting quantities on MEP drawing.
• Preparing the bill of quantities.
• Sending inquiries according to extracted schedules, quantities and specifications.
• Follow up the inquiries to the supplier.
• Prepared the scope of work.

• Check and recommend Modifications of shop drawings in accordance with the site condition and for submission & approval of the Consultant or Client Representative.
• Organizes design drawings in compliance with the project specifications and local authority standards.
• Arranges and checks tracking schedule ( Materials & Drawings )
• Reads and interprets drawing and implement to the site.
• Takes off material accordingly
• Check the procurement and delivery of materials if it is in accordance with material approval and specification prior to installation at site.
• Organizes the labor force for daily site activity in accordance with planning schedule of the project.
• Coordinates with the MEP Engineers and Civil Engineers
• Supervises, check and monitors all site activities such as Installation of LV Panels, Main Distribution Board, Sub Main Distribution Board, Final DBs, Cable Tray/Trunking, Cable Pulling, Testing, Glanding and Termination including modifications or variations.
• Supervised the Installation of all types of Lighting Fixtures and Wiring Accessories for Internal/External Areas of the project.
• Conducted inspection with the consultant.
• Prepares Test reports, Final Load Schedule and Red Mark Up Drawing for the preparation of As Built Shop drawings.
