o Study the project contract documents (time Schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
o Set/Follow up with the consultant the effective cycle of approvals for the shop drawing and material submittals.
o Follow Up/ Review the project designs with the consultant in order to prepare project shop drawing to highlight any deviation with the code/standard.
o Study / prepare request for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
o Prepare project shop drawing, Material submittals in a timely and accurate manner and getting consultant approval
o Follow up with the construction team to solve all technical problems that may arise during the construction.
o Study / prepare Variation Orders (VOs) for all modifications in the IFC or Tender design drawing.
o Coordinate all technical matters between engineering, construction, procurement and main contractor in order to solve any potential problems
o Prepare as-built drawing at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant

Air Flow Balancing: including the Ducting System, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Exhaust Fans and Fresh air Fans.
Water Supply System: including the Hot Water Network, Cold Water Network, Reclaim Water Network and Water Tanks.
Water Supply Pump System: including the Transfer Pumps and Booster Pumps.
Drainage System: including the Drainage Piping System and STP.
BMS System: for Chillers, Chilled Water Pumps, AHU’s, FAHU’s, Fans, Domestic and Reclaim Water Pumps, Domestic and Reclaim Water Tanks, Fire Fighting System
