-Answering Maintenance Concerns from Tenants and coordinate with the
Building Contractors and Maintenance Team to attend and solve the issues.
-Following up and negotiating with Tenant's Tenancy Contract renewal.
-Coordinating and dealing with all the Properties Contractor for their Annual
Maintenance Contract.
-Gathering of quotations from different contractors and forwarding to the Top
Management for review and approval.
-Receiving and reviewing all the invoices from contractors if the works were done
as per standard before forwarding to the Accounts Department.
-Following up with Tenant's pending rental dues and penalties due to bounced
cheque.
-Preparing documents required by the Legal Department,
Preparing and processing of Ejari and Tenancy Contract for Tenants.
Visiting the properties once or twice a month to ensure the cleanliness of the
building.
