• Check new reservation at web sites such as Booking.com & 1-2 fly & Tui Holland.
• Receiving telephone calls for individual reservations.
• Recheck arrival list for next day and follow up arrival time & payment for local travel agencies and individuals reservations.
• Insert new reservations at opera system.
• Provide the best level of service.
• Familiarity with all bar products such as soft drinks, cocktails & Dessert & know how to prepare them.
• Bar inventory accounting & follow up the expiration date
• Preparing daily report for shift manger with all bar inventory calculation & expiration dates.
