1. Executing preventative maintenance of each machine in the production areas (Solid dosage, Ointment, Syrup, Blistering & Packaging, Sterile) according to the maintenance yearly plan plus recording these operations.
2. Executing preventative maintenance through fixing repair requests plus recording.
3. Executing the Engineering works orders related to the department.
4. Executing the training filed for the engineering technicians.
5. Executing the training filed for the workers of each production department.
6. Issuing engineering requests related to each departments.
7. Supervising the construction work of new machines
1. Following the operation of HVAC system (AHUs, Chillers, Pumps…etc.)
2. Executing the preventative maintenance according to the maintenance yearly plan plus recording these operations.
3. Executing the instructions manual for every unit plus recording.
4. Fixing emergency failures of utilities and record them in machines’ failures records.
5. Issuing engineering requests related to the department.
6. Issuing spare parts purchase requested for emergency and preventative maintenance.
7. Executing the training field for the engineering technicians.
8. Executing the training field for the workers of each production department.
9. Adjusting the differential pressure of the production area.
10. Adjusting filters air speed and air flow direction in the production area.
11. Performing the validation tests (DOP test & air pattern (FOGGER) test).
12. Supervising the construction work of new machines and projects.
