Supervising various automation contractors and instrumentation associated with the construction and commissioning of oil plants. Managing the pre-com and commissioning. Report in a timely manner to the head office and solve the situations that arise in the execution of the activities.
Responsible for leading pre-Comm, plant commissioning, loop testing, PLC integration check (Allen Bradley), SCADA, DCS, SIS (ABB), F&G. Tiller telecommunication (RTU), flow station and DDP. Calibration and commissioning of automation instruments and equipment. Commissioning planning and scheduling. Development of procedures in accordance with engineering manuals and legal safety documents, initial start-up, stabilization.
Developing definitions, conceptualization, basics and details engineering for expansion control system projects.
