Project Management and Supervision Consultants (PMC-SC) for Lusail City Real Estate Development Project. The development worth around 25.5 Billion Qatar Riyals consists of 91 Contract Packages involving either Design, Design-Build and Construction.

The development includes :
• 2, 900 kms. of Wet and Dry Utilities • 2 to 5-Storeys Underground Car Parks
• 220 kms. Of Road Networks • 37 nos LRT Stations
• 22 Bridges and 6 Interchanges • 21 Pumping Stations and Utility Plants
• 200 Substations (11kV and 66kV) • Waterfronts, Promenades and Beaches

Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provides overall support in providing Time Schedules to the Client for projects under Tender.
• Supports the Planning Team and enhances procedures to evaluate Tenderers’ Planning Packages.
• Develop procedures/starter kit for newly awarded Contract Packages to develop Baseline Programmes including reporting requirements and compliance of the same.
• Performs detailed reviews of Contractors’ Baseline Programmes including execution methodologies.
• Performs detailed reviews of Contractors’ request for Extension of Time and Associated Costs including preparation of narrative reports, delay analysis and recommendation of the same to the Client.
• Performs reviews and/or support the Planning Team in the preparation of ‘Delay Analysis’ for Variation Orders, Client instructed changes and other ‘What-if’ scenarios.
• Maintains the overall Master Programme for the whole development.
• Leads the Planning Team for Progress Reporting to the Client and ensure that requirements are met through the implementation of project metrics, such as KPIs, Earned Value Analysis, Schedule Delays, and Critical Path Analysis, as required.
• Reviews Contractors’ performances and provides recommendations to the Client for corrective actions.
• Participate in Contractor progress reviews, meetings, and workshops, including risk assessments.
• Provide monthly briefing to Client’s Senior Managers regarding Project Status.
• Supports the Project Team in Project Close-out documentation.

• Managed and trained around 15 Schedulers/Cost Specialists, Project Controls, and Administrative Assistants/Petty Cash Custodians Program wide.
• Worked with Schedulers for developing Baseline Schedules, updating/reporting on a daily/weekly basis, and Revised Schedules. Also conducted detailed reviews of the same prior to submission to Clients.
• Led the team in preparation of around 200 project schedules and almost 150 requests for Extension of Time claims associated with various changes.
• Supported Project Managers in preparation of tender proposals for RFPs issued by the Government.
• Worked with Contracts Manager in setting up newly awarded projects in Contract Management System.
• Led in setting up newly awarded projects in Project Management Portal based on the type of Contract and Client requirements.
• Led in creating Work Breakdown Structures and detailed Project Budgets.
• Managed Cost Specialists responsible for tracking down job costs, processing Subcontractor Invoices, monitoring direct and indirect costs and generating Cumulative Budget Variance Reports
