Issued multiple continuous improvement (CI's)through change requests to improve operational functions on TMS (transport management systems) and WMS (warehouse management systems) Enabled training sessions which resulted in better warehouse systems knowledge across the site which reduced errors and potential loss in a span of 5 months.
