- supervise the repairs and maintenance.
- Do followups and evaluate the maintenance work.
- continuously see to that the demands of order, protection, safety is up to standard.
Managing the production at one of European most advanced planer mills for wood! Leading the work for 24 people with a daily production of 750 m3 planed and trimmed wood.
Responsibilities:
- optimizing production through quality, cost and production volume.
- schedule maintenance, repairs and resources for the mill.
- lead and maintain the systematically safety environment work.
- plan personal resources and that personnel had the competence that was required.
- actively coach and develop personnel and working teams.
- initiate new recruitments.
- control and attest payrolls and timetables.
- continuously see to that the demands of order, protection, safety and working environment was withheld.
- identify development possibilities in production and maintenance both regarding new technique and working techniques within the frames of 5S, LEAN and SMED.
- Work close with machine suppliers to maintain the improvement of machines within the mill.
- Improve routines for working methods together with personnel and to evaluate new ideas.
- lead project regarding machine developments, safety and new machinery.
Was leading and planning personnel resources for 7 production lines at the Sawmill.
Had a total of 24 employees working for me.
Responsibilities:
- Write and report production to production manager.
- make sure that all teams had the proper education and working skills.
- plan the yearly working schedule, holidays and personal resources during the year.
- maintain that the information flow between departments was functioning correct and the supply chain was ok.
Working as an operator in line for construction wood. We produced goods for the German market with extremely high standard and Quality.
Was in charge of setting up the machinery in the line for optimized production.
Working with machines and setting them up for production.
Creating routines and finding new ways to make the production easier.
In charge of maintenance of the machinery, both as mechanic and supervisor for others.
Was the construction leader and entrepreneur for building homes for people. We built the houses from scratch and when the owner came her just gave him the house key and it was ready!
Was in charge of the different companies coming to work in the house like plummers, electricians and builders.
Built special interiors for shops and exclusive furniture for people!
