Manage the office daily activities/documents & set up of meeting Schedules. Responsible for all employee and visitors travel arrangements and accommodation bookings. Organize all the company events in all details. Coordinate between all departments to ensure proper workflow. Liaise and follow up with advertising agency /third party suppliers for advertisements & communication material. Manage the office budget, follow-up and auditing of the petty cash payments as well as its reconciliation. Handling all office related purchasing requirements. Supervise the sales team, prepare their schedule and follow up on evaluating their performance. Issue weekly/monthly sales team visit report. Conduct an annual survey to evaluate the company’s sales performance. Work with the IT department to build customers database and update it. All general administration, including - updating filing system, photocopying, and faxing. Reception duties - including meeting and greeting clients, monitoring and receiving internal and external telephone calls, effectively dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. Designing and revising reports and letters on a daily basis.
