Assigned to various production manufacturing departments and inspection area to plan and carry out complex sample, model first piece in process and other type of product parts. Provide training.
Coordinate Measuring Machine; CMM Programmer/Operator (PCDMIS); (Q.C 5000), from blueprints and solid models.
First piece in process and other phases of inspection.
Submit reports and recommendations on all work in progress and inspection.
Submit reports for the final inspection.
Maintain files charts, and reports on work in progress and inspection.
Capable of making complicated set-ups and using tools and techniques to inspect with a maximum amount of efficiency and minimum supervision.
Operate from routing sheets and drawings to ensure correct fabrication of products.
Prepares internal non-conformance reports and segregates all identified nonconforming product in accordance to company procedures.
Conducts routine inspection of Materials and machined components as required and determines conformance to specification
Follows company policies and procedures with regard to the Quality System as they apply.
Meets or exceeds safety and 5S standards by effectively communicating procedures and verifying that procedures are being followed.
Promote and implement company's Lean Manufacturing & 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive assigned improvement projects.
Conduct analysis of product defect data, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective\ preventative action and process improvements.
Responsible for monitoring of quality inspection requirements of component parts.
Review and approval of supplier component inspection data and certification packages per contract requirements.
Development and implementation of plant operations strategies to reduce production bottle necks and labor costs.
Worked closely with sales Manager, Sales Service, and Production Supervisors to ensure quality concerns are foreseen and corrected in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE
Works in coordination with QC supervisors and technicians.
Ensures and coordinates an effective training program for QC employees, including on-the-job (OJT) training.
Performing Quality Control engineering tasks at welding operating, machining operation, receiving material and assembly line processes.
Controls and coordinates receiving, line inspection and testing functions to ensure optimum work flow.
Coordinates with all related departments to resolve quality problems caused either by production workmanship or design weaknesses.
Maintains metrics on production work centers’ output in terms of quality.
Prepares periodical quality status reports.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.

Prepare COA reports for products when required by customer.
Enter quality data, respond to points out of specification, collect supporting data, coordinate investigation and ensure proper documentation is followed.
Travels to attend business related matters.

Process warranty return activities from containment, root cause analysis, maintaining communication with customer and developing corrective action.
