Recruiting staff including job descriptions and specifications, preparing job adverts, shortlist, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Responsible to arrange entry and exit visa of all employees.
Performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
Maintain the accurate and smooth travelling records .
Prepare budget of human resources operations.
Prepare Human Recourse planning.
Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services.
Post recruitment information, shortlist, arrange interviews. Make monthly reports.
Set up the talents pool.
Responsible for new employees’ on boarding, orientation, dismissal and exit interview.
Conduct employee contract and files, medical insurance, housing fund.
Handle with labor disputes, liaison with lawyers on arbitration.
Make annual budget and recruitment plan for the Human Resources Department.
Via QQ and mail box to make satisfaction survey and suggestions from stuff.
Responsible for employees’ accommodation, food etc.
Release recruitment information, shortlist CV. Arrange and prepare for interview.
Manage the process of employees orientation, job rotation and exit interview .
Labor Contract sign, renew, and keep contract; conduct social insurance and housing fund.
Take part in composing company rules,
keep all the files of employee.
