• Developing an annual Marketing & Communications plan for the promotion of the property, Rooms and Food & Beverage goals on a monthly basis

• Managing the advertising function in such a way that all advertisements are effective and reflect a positive image of the company
• Developing and managing effective direct marketing campaigns to identified target markets using either surface or electronic mailing means
• Sourcing sponsorship from various companies, banks, airlines, etc. for promotions and partnership
• Handling the property branding during exhibitions that the company is participating in addition to initiating and organizing events
• Maintaining a high profile in the local community attending events, which are helpful to the property’s image
• Providing the Management with creative ideas to project and enhance the image of the property
• Handling all arrangement for photographers on assignment for the property

Responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications in the pre opening of the new Rotana properties in Dubai Creek area, jointly with the E-Commerce Executive developing and implementing global and national digital marketing communication plans that drive the demand for the hotel and facilties, in particular, programmatic display campaign, website content, social media content and strategy, 3rd party web site content/ set up (OTAs, MetaSearch sites, restaurant booking sites), website copy, email marketing, SEO and paid search keywords/ads. Responsible for budgeting, team management, 360 marketing, public relations, strategy & execution of marketing, digital media and e-commerce activity for both Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana.

Responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications and E-Commerce Manager in
organisation of events, social media, online campaigns, graphic design, media relations, designing and implementation of strategic marketing plans and tracking results, seeking related sponsorship to cover all expenses related while bringing revenue to the hotel, arranging for an efficient distribution of marketing materials, preparing market analysis reports for each project, developing brand awareness and marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans and tracking results.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization
•Identify and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately
•Negotiate and handle with potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements

•Formulate all correspondence related to the sponsorship proposals, negotiations and others
•Assist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to make sure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contracts
•Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international in order to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions
•Host members of the media, strategic partners and top clients at property’s functions / events
•Assist in the production of all promotional material, including gathering of supporting data and collateral material
•Take photographs of all internal functions, banquet and conference functions and VIP’s
