Project Involved : Onshore Maintain potential Program Zone NA-2

•Review & monitoring the scope of project work, project quality plan, Quality control procedures, method statement and inspection & test plan (ITP), project specification & drawings.
•Review Weld history and relevant documents to release the pipe fabricated spools for internal coating and hydro test.
•Review and approval of WPS, PQR and WPQT record according to material specification in drawing.
•Witnessing the Welder Qualification test and conduct welder training program.
•Inspection of materials such as composition & mechanical test requirement as per ASME SEC-II against MTC, size, rating, heat number, condition & storage, Verifies traceability of materials during in process inspection.
•Conduct audit in electrode consumable stores and verification of logs for consumable issuance and certificates of consumables.
•Review of work scope to determine WPS requirements with respect to ranges of materials, sizes and proposed welding processes in line with specification and code requirements.
•Monitoring the welder’s performance through their repair rates in accordance with job quality requirements & controlling

Project Involved : Offshore Maintain potential Phase-2

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
•Review & monitoring the scope of project work, project quality plan, Quality control procedures, method statement and inspection & test plan (ITP), project specification & drawings.
•Witnessing the Welder Qualification test and conduct welder training program.
•Inspection of materials such as composition & mechanical test requirement as per ASME SEC-II against MTC, size, rating, heat number, condition & storage, Verifies traceability of materials during in process inspection.
•Inspection of consumable electrodes such as AWS class, F. No., SFA specification, A-No., diameter as per approved WPS .its condition, storage & handling and requirement of baking.
•Conduct audit in electrode consumable stores and verification of logs for consumable issuance and certificates of consumables.
•Review of work scope to determine WPS requirements with respect to ranges of materials, sizes and proposed welding processes in line with specification and code requirements.
•Monitoring the welder’s performance through their repair rates in accordance with job quality requirements & controlling.
•Inspection of finished work items including with joint fit-up, alignment, pipe spools fabrication, spools erection, piping supports. Different fittings items, location of valves & instrument as per latest isometric.
•In case of any rectification /repair/drawing modification monitoring through out of work and give correct solution according to project specification/code.
•Witness & monitor the Preheat, Post weld heat treatment are carried out according to the requirement of the WPS, Project specification and the relevant standard & review the PWHT Chart.
•Monitoring & witness each step activity of Golden joints according to technical query/project specification and raising RFI to client as per ITP.
100% witness of each dissimilar joint & verification of material and consumable by PMI TEST against MTC in case of any deficiency.
•Perform Material receiving Inspection (Pipe, Flange, Valve, Gasket, stud
Bolt and nut etc.)
•Monitor the punch list during, Final line checking with client. Final check if the punch is rectified as per approved (ITP). Check the installed item if it’s correct i.e. final gaskets,
•Stud bolts. Monitor the final torqueing of line with final stud bolts, size
Of bolts and required torque value in Ft/Lbs. Submit the reinstatement
•Final package with (R.F.I.) to client inspector for final inspection. After
Final inspection found satisfactory, get the client signature to the package for final acceptance.
•Witness Hydro test for Valves, Piping spools

Project Involved : CF Project

•Demolition and installation of new spools for during Turnaround of CFP projects.
•: (MDU) Mogas Desulfurization unit fabrication and erection of expansion of CFP project.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
•Reviewed calibration of welding machines, baking and holding oven and inspection tools.
•Fit up inspection, dimension check, alignment check, welds identification, preheat.
•In process monitoring of welding, preheat, inter-pass temperature
•Monitoring of process variables and heat input calculation if applicable.
•NDT selection and review of reports and welder performance.
•Monitored Welder Performance, Repair Rate, and Penalties etc.
•To prevent any non-conformance from occurring for in-process materials during cutting, fit ups, welding, NDT, inspection & testing.
•Develop punch list of the open item and review between the P&ID drawing.
•Review valve type, flow direction, tie-ins and any material changes.
•Check vent and drains installed to allow proper filling and drain.
•Check all support installed and correct valve type and orientation.
•Check calibration of the pressure test gauge.
•Pneumatic leak test pressure by code is usually 1.1 times of the design pressure
•The inspection of joint is done utilizing a soap-water mix.
•Witness Valve hydro test.
•Witness pressure indicator gauge and pressure relief valve calibration.
•Witness all ongoing activity for Lubricity additive Tank (32-F-03) and Diesel Flow Improver Tank (32-F-04) Fabrication and erection
•Witness Air leak test for reinforcing pads.
•Witness vacuum test for bottom plate and bottom plate to first shell course.

Pre commissioning Experience:

•Manage Contractor through the development of the Completions Process
•for the Project downstream physical Assets through the Handover to
Operations;
•Liaise with Upstream Systems Completion to ensure alignment with
Respect to the set-up of Systems Handover Databases;
•Develop and co-ordinate handover assurance process to ensure first time
Right delivery to operations providing the evidence that? The Asset is safe
To start Up and we can demonstrate it;
•Co-ordinate handover assurance process to ensure timely delivery of the
Handover Dossiers to operations;
•Functionally this position shall report into the Downstream
Commissioning team
