Planning and execution of works as per design, specifications, Q.C.S, B.O.Q. and approved drawing.
Implementing Project Plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.
Performing site related tasks including the design review.
Anchoring activities to ensure completion of project within the
time & cost parameters.
Devising the detailed and abstract estimates and bill of material.
Liaising with consultants and local authorities for determining
technical specifications and approvals in accordance with
standards, specifications and regulations.
Monitoring and controlling project including cost, time overruns
and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the
project.
Supervising the working labor to ensure strict conformance to
methods, quality and safety.
Generating daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress and
evaluating as per the planned schedules.
Following with the suppliers to ensure delivery on time.
Coordinating with the project’s management.
Reporting and escalating to management as needed.

• Supervise the preparation of shop drawings and Builder work drawings.
• Manage and monitor quality of the works.
• Assist in pre-qualifying subcontractors related to MEP works.
• Supervise HVAC subcontractors and measure their work progress.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings and other periodic meetings with consultant, owner representative and sub-contractors.
• Assess the purchase requirements, assist in proposal evaluation and selection of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Meet the suppliers, discuss and compare their offers.
• Coordinate with Procurement department for Procurement negotiation, material purchase, timely delivery followed by approvals from client/consultant.
• Follow up with various departments within the company.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
My Main Responsibilities were:
• Review of Material Submittals and Getting approval from consultant.
• Prepare shop drawings for Water Supply and Drainage systems.
• Manage and monitor quality of Water Supply and Drainage installation to ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.

bachelor's degree in the mechanical engineering from Zagazig university which is a formal university in egypt.
