DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform structural detailing/modeling using TEKLA STRUCTURES software (ver17 to ver2017).
• Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications with minimal supervision.
• Provide accurate, complete and timely detailed shop drawings used in fabrication and Field assembly.
• Check shop and field erection drawings for accuracy and completeness per project specifications
• Coordinates with designers and project engineers daily to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Request for RFI's and Site Queries.
• Coordinates with the shop personnel to establish best practices on the shop drawings.
• Perform other related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

• Trains staffs on various technical jobs in the section.
• Maintains training documents.
• Coordinates with the different teams on training related matters.
• Provides technical assistance to other team members when needed and performs assigned technical jobs.
• Implements instructions or directives from superiors.
• Implements and monitors Employee Code of Discipline, and motivates or counsel staffs as needed to maintain productive trainees.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Supports Japanese staff on work-related matters.
• Documentation job of the team’s specification and steel group’s operation documents following the established document and record control system of the team/section.
• Circulates internal memorandums to concerned staffs on new specifications and processes of the team.
• Coordinates with the Team Leaders or concerned staff on newly issued specification or processes.

• Designs the steel frame base structure of a Menshin House, a Japanese house having a base isolated structure, a technology that counteracts the forces made by earthquake.
• Perform assigned job such as IMD encoding, IZS encoding(Soil Data Analysis).
