Responsibilities:
•Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure to meet their needs a timely manner and compliance with quality and customer service standards.
•Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customer requests.
•Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required.
•Open/close POS, calculate and maintain total daily sale report, handover before taking counter, be aware of all the flaws during the operation and the ways to fix POS/ credit card machines issue right away
•Keep on checking and remove expired reservations, preparing alteration report, print files for transfer out items and distribute transfer in
•Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards.
Responsibilities :
•Set reception area for duty, keep it tidy and presentable
•Effectively & professionally answer incoming calls and sort correspondence
•Handle confirmation calls
•Ran daily reports, spreadsheets
•Operate in reservation office, take reservation calls, assist caller’s inquiries, put bookings in reservation system (ReserveOut, QuadraNet)
•Welcoming greet guests with a smile and kind word, provide first class customer service
•Allocate guests according their preferences, note different requests
•Perform duties under leadership Senior Reception/Report to the manager in a daily basis
•Follow policy, procedures and service standards
Responsibilities :
•Organizing whole dining area
