Onboarding and Offboarding - induction and employee on-boarding/off-boarding and
ensuring a smooth transition of employees for seamless business continuity.
Manpower Budgeting & Planning - Work with business heads to plan manpower
requirement in accordance with annual business plans and productivity norms.
Monitor and review the manpower budget quarterly to ensure adherence to the

contracting, and audit support
HRMS onboarding, rollout, and management - Project managing the selection and
successful implementation of a new Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
across the various locations, including integration with various existing systems.
Compliance management - Managing end-to-end statutory compliance, statutory
audits, HR guidelines, and policy revamps by actively engaging with all stakeholders
and overseeing of day-to-day grievances and queries
