Serves as a front liner of the company who attentivelyanswer,
screen and transfer all incoming calls, emails, greet visitors
and provide all information about thecompany.
* Receiving and sorting dailymail/deliveries/couriers.
* Prepare, manage, organize meeting, travel arrangement and visa
application for the staffs andmanagers.
* Prepare all types of letter such as NOC, internal and external memo,
employees offer letter, increment letter.
* Apply new employees for the medical insurance and follow upall
insured employees claim for reimbursement.
* Assist the PRO for the renewal of documents such as visa, passports,
trade license, tenancy contract.
* Handling Chairman and Directors family member’srecord.
* Preparing Quotation, Invoices, LPO.
* Coordinate with the client and the organizer and sub-contractor for
the execution of the exhibition booth.
* Monitor and maintain office equipment, control inventory relevant to
reception area.
* Develop and maintain a filingsystem.
* Other duties, as assigned.
