• Supporting the clients in on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of their quality control instruments. I have been involved with LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS instruments and their software. I have always improved customer satisfaction by proactively advising on preventive maintenance and configurations, which impact directly to the product performance.
• Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation and calibration of methods with Valves SP1 and SP2 of Agilent and Wasson-ECE by GC and GC-MS.
• Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and installation of GC (FID-TCD-SCD-NCD-MS), HPLC (UV, RID, WV, FL).
