o understood and appropriated business process

- LMT countries users mapmaking: made the map of the countries which have the LMT tool
- Collect customer needs: edit detailed functional specifications of LMT V2
- Communication project manager against others projects: made the communication about the project in the
company
* Responsible for supporting the project manager in the preparation and structuring of the project steering
follow-up documents for AIR LIQUIDE (2 MONTHS):
- Edit user acceptance monitoring document: follow the progress of the user acceptance tool
- Edit project planning: worked with the client to make the project planning according to his needs
- Participate and lead project committees
- Report the activities progress to the top management
* Responsible for guiding the establishment of an industrial projects management tool for VALEO, using
Rational Focal Point (

* Responsible for the establishment of a platform containing the information on all Medicen’s members:
- Prepare and draft a survey to interview Medicen’s members
- Contact all members of Medicen and make the interview
- Report the information about Medicen’s members on the platform
- Maintain the platform updated
* Responsible for recruiting new members for Medicen:
- Search for potential members
- Make appointments with prospective members
- Prepare the interview:
o Prepare a frame
