1. Designs and implements Individualized Programme Plan
( IPP ) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Individuals with
Autism (IWA)
2. Teaches Individuals with Autism.
3. Makes and prepares reports of IWA’s IPP, KPI and Progress
Reports.
4. Conducts meetings with the parents regarding their IWA’s
progress, areas of concern (AOC) and areas for
improvements (AFI)
5. Assists Head therapist in developing curriculum/syllabus and
making timetables of the IWAs
6. Performs administrative functions like writing letters and
notices to parents and other institutions regarding any activity
in the center, verifying letter of requests and overtime pay of
therapists and monitoring staff’s attendance
7. Assigns therapists and assistant therapist in the classroom in
the absence of other therapist and assistant therapist.
8. Evaluates and makes recommendations on the performance
of the therapists and assistant therapists.
9. Assumes the Head Therapist’s duties and responsibilities in
the absence of the Head Therapist
10. Prepares monthly plan of activities for social gathering every
Saturday.
11. Facilitates, coordinates and supervises the conduct of the
social gathering.
