Main Responsibilities: *Maintain and update a comprehensive filing system for the department or section. *Answer the telephone, connect callers as necessary, take and convey messages, arrange for the appointments and answer general queries. *Carry out other similar or related duties such as making photocopies, maintaining a stock of department stationery, collating and binding reports. * Issuing a cheque for making a payment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Customer service including assisting guests maintain floor flow and operating different galleries.
• Achieving customers satisfaction by answering questions, explaining exhibits.
• Leading organized learning activities for guests of different abilities.
• Participating in staff meetings and training opportunities including customer service training.
Main Responsibilities:

* Handling cash properly and K-Net Machine.
• Handle all inbound calls from multi lingual customers who have queries regarding services provided by Ooredoo as well as handle different issues faced by the customers.
• Resolving any and all issues faced by the customers, over the phone if possible and whenever required identifying and escalating issues to appropriate departments using RAS \[Retail Access System\]
• Addition and cancellation of VAS \[value added services\] as requested by customers while on the line being a major part of the job.
• Performing required activities while maintaining specified timeframe ‘ACD’ \[Average Call Duration\] as part of monthly target as well as achieving high call quality targets.
• Testing lead for RAS update project performed by Wipro - India, where the existing CRM system was merged with RAS for providing better functionality all across the organization of Ooredoo - Kuwait.
• Performed thorough testing of new RAS system in collaboration with all teams of Ooredoo - Kuwait and Wipro - India.
• Trained customer care executives on the new RAS system in the inbound department as required.
• Achieved best agent title numerous times for highest levels of monthly performance.
• Handle all inbound calls from multi lingual customers who have queries regarding services provided by Ooredoo as well as handle different issues faced by the customers.
• Using CRM \[Customer Relationship Management\] to retrieve customer information in order to assist them with different issues and queries accordingly.
• Maintaining highest levels of quality as set forth by management within the specified time frames of ACD \[Average Call Duration\].
• Create TTs \[Trouble Tickets\] in CRM for the issues which need to be forwarded to different departments such as helpdesk, NOC, finance etc. Also provide feedback to customers on closed or resolved TTs in case of inquiries from their side.
• Achieved best agent title numerous times for highest levels of monthly performance.
• Assisting the cosmetologist in many different cosmetic procedures such as collagen filling, relaxation techniques such as basic massage and aroma therapies etc.
• Provide assistance in esthetic procedures such as laser treatments of the skin, laser hair removal etc
• Provide beauty assistance to clients such as different types of facials and face peeling etc.
• Assist customers with in-store purchases or returns and refunds as per the policies of the company and brand.
