1. Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of caller and forward to appropriate Service Engineer.
2. Maintain call center database by entering information.
3. Maintain contracts records MOH and Private Hospitals for Philips medical equipments.
4. Coordinate and arranging schedule to Service Engineer’s to ensure preventive maintenance and a technical visit has been performed accordingly.
5. Prepare correspondence letter such us memos, reports, and other documentation.
6. Preparing Purchase Order as per the Service Engineer’s request.
7. Arranging shipment to courier once PO confirmed.
8. Preparing Attendance sheet for Service Department.
9. Monitor daily activity records of Service Engineers and process workflows.
