• Headhunting and prescreening candidates to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies.
• Organizing interviews and tests with shortlisted candidates.
• Posting job ads to social media platforms and universities' websites.
• Coordinating new hire onboarding and offboarding.
• Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
• Completing needed exit interviews.
• Supporting HR project implementations where needed.
• Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting and HR KPI updates.
• Updating the organizational chart every month.
• Taking part in HR audit.
• Issuing Visa Certificates and Employment Letters.
• Supporting in other ad-hoc tasks related to HR for training, performance evaluation, workday system etc

• Responsible for adequately preparing, scanning, and saving the project specific needed documents in accordance with project requirements.

• Carrying out the whole recruitment process of interns.
• Posting, updating, and removing job ads from careers pages.
• Data entry on HRIS and validation of added information.
• Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Ensuring that all necessary preparations are done before the new staff starts and assisting in managing the new joiners' onboarding process.
