Managed feasibility studies including environmental impact, traffic assessment MEP infrastructure study and cost assessment for high end mixed use development totaling 14.2 hectares, planned to be undertaken in phases within Wilayat Bawsher.
Developed design modules for residential/commercial to aid in team’s feasibility assessment of prospective viable properties.
Project managed the turn-key refurbishment including civil, interior fit-out and furnishing works for the Zubair Automotive Head Offices.

Completed set of working drawings for residential large scale villas totaling 54, 000sft, located on sloping terrain and managed site coordination issues.
