 Project Management and Coordination of the external Design teams appointed by the Company.
 Coordinate the Architectural Design with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, quantity surveying and specialist consultants and provide architectural and technical expertise in the planning and design of Hospitality, Retail, Commercial and Residential Projects, considered by the Company.
 Participate in the development and implementation of the Department’s/Project’s Goals and Objectives and responsible for leading the project through feasibility, land use, zoning studies.
 Manage diligently Shareholders’ personal projects and the Company’s Automotive projects independently as Project Manager.
 Assist in developing the Project Briefs including the space programs and review the Concept Design, Schematic Design and Design development phases of the projects.
 Prepare and present Technical Reports, Progress Reports, and Special Studies and successfully coordinate meetings with the Local Authorities and Government Agencies.

Major Commendable Projects:
 Accomplished thorough preliminary feasibility studies for the ITC project totaling 1, 282, 300 sqm, encompassing technical and master planning for Ministry of Tourism approved site at Qurayyat.
 Managed feasibility studies including environmental impact, traffic assessment MEP infrastructure study and cost assessment for high end mixed use development totaling 14.2 hectares, planned to be undertaken in phases within Wilayat Bawsher.
 Developed design modules for residential/commercial to aid in team’s feasibility assessment of prospective viable properties.
 Project managed the turn-key refurbishment including civil, interior fit-out and furnishing works for the Zubair Automotive Head Offices.
 Project managed the preliminary design for SSS Facility for Zubair Automotive-CJD Division in Wattayah
