1.Prepare cost estimates, cash flow and bill of quantities
2.Check and assess submitted bid documents by the selected subcontractors for awarding of works
3.Coordinate with the procurement and legal department for the contracts, terms and conditions
4.Allocate Subcontractors work and monitor progress accomplishment
5.Identify Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI), Minutes of Meeting, Claims and Variation Order
6.Attend Hand Over meeting between Estimating Department and Project Management Team
7.Prepare Project Budget Allocation based on tender files to be posted on Quicknet
8.Prepare and close coordinate with the client documents needed from start up to closing out of the project
9.Responsible in Commercial function and Contract Implementation
10.Conduct site inspection in preparing Interim Payment Application for the accuracy of quantities to bill and prepare Sales Invoice upon releasing of the evaluation by the Client
11.Prepare Weekly Project Progress Management Report and Monthly Operation Statement
12.Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use
13.Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
Performs duties/ works which may be assigned provided by relevant and necessary orientation

4.Evaluate progress billing and arranging payments
5.Verify Claims, Change Orders and Variation Orders
6.Coordinate with the site team for the verification of the quantity billed by the contractors
7.Ensure the accuracy of the contract implementation
8.Checks allocation of manpower and productivity
9.Provide advice on contractual claims
10.Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
11.Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use
12.Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
13.Performs duties/ works which may be assigned provided by relevant and necessary orientation or training carried out
1. Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
2. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
3. Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value
4. Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey
5. Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
6. Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned
7. Assist in managing and following up overseas orders
8. Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
9. Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders
10. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
11. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
12. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time
13. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
14. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned
15. Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification
16. Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
17. Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises
18. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas)
