Job Description:
• Responsible of day-to-day finance and account operation
• Assisting in payroll for employees
• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Responsible for monthly consolidated financial statement, payments, and cash flows
• Review and approve payment voucher and journal entries
• Reconcile account payable transactions
• Prepare and process electronic transfer and cheques and release payment after authorization signature
• Closing VAT / CNSS period.
• Handle annual closings
• Responsible of day-to-day finance and account operations
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile account payable and receivable
• Manage balance sheet and profit/loss statement
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Perform Data entry (JV, RV, RC)
• Analysis of financial statements
• Bank Reconciliation
• Closing VAT period
• Closing CNSS / Taxes
• Handle annual closings
• Perform Data entry (JV, RV, RC)
• Analysis of financial statements
• Bank Reconciliation
