Responsible of advising and assisting my own cohorts.
•Advise and register both current & new students into their respective classes.
•Advise students through their educational path and help in making informed decisions regarding their educational goals.
•Follow up with all my cohort's enrollments, attendance, tutoring referrals, midterm warnings and probation.
•Assist probation students to extra tutoring classes, GPA calculations and follow up with their professors.
Working closely with the OSC Advisors Team at GUST.
•Proficiency in greeting and meeting new students and current students at the Office of Student Center, Admissions Center at GUST.
•Outstanding service in performing required duties such as meeting current students' needs and requirements for semester enrollments.
Performed all required duties for meeting and greeting customers.
•Addressed customer queries and service complaints.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management emphasis in Organizational Behavior Courses included: International Management, Lean Production & Manufacturing Services, Marketing, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Operation Management, Strategic Management and much more. Placed on Dean’s Honor List for the Fall and Spring Semesters of 2018-2019. Placed on Honored Students List by the Student Association for Fall and Spring 2019-2020. GPA: 3.84 & MPA: 3.88
