Provides assistance to the Chief Operating Officer.
Diary Management- managing competing priorities.
Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.
Answers and logs incoming calls and transfer it to designated departments.
Prepares the documents and other files for COO’s signature and distributes to different departments.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Prepares/Draft original and routine correspondence including letters for COO’s signature.
Responsible for administrative duties related to operations, Legal Department including note-taking, facilitation, scheduling meetings and appointments, copying and filing legal documents.
Manage corporate registration documents and contracts database, document typing, analysis, proof reading, amending (including track changes) and formatting documents as required.
Develop relationships with key operational contacts, both internal and external and updates and maintains client contact database.
Pitch in with office management responsibilities as a true team member.
General secretarial support e.g. photocopying, scanning, arranging couriers etc.
Other duties as assigned by the COO.
Answers calls providing information on different products and services.
Keeps track of customer appointments.
Informed customers about services available and assessed customer needs.
Cashiering; receives payment from customers, sells salon products.
Responsible for inventory of salon supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
Resolves customer complaints in prompt manner and ensure that excellent service was provided.
Supervises staff when it comes to work ethics, customer service orientation and other salon related issues.
Makes Monthly Income and Expense Report of the branch
