ssist the patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.. Typing/Encoding Medical Reports/ Medical Certificate. Responsible for welcoming patients, filling Registration forms and Insurance Claim forms. Sending Daily/Monthly Collection to the Account Executive. Act as a first level Problem Solving and grievance handling of the patients. Ensuring Admission, Reception and Billing quality standards are being met. To train new employees. To collect and deposit fees according to protocols, to prepare and balance daily financial registers and to submit all forms and fees to the Accounts Department. Make schedule for all doctors by and distributing it to Laboratory, Pharmacy, Nurses Counter, Operations Manager/AMO, Direct Supervisor.
