Prepares order sheet, artwork request and production sheet for respective client. Ensure that design/artwork receives for sample making will be given to the client on time.
Follow up approved samples/LPO for production queuing.
Preparing SO for plain T-shirt and with branding as per clients order/Transfer the Job order sheet to respective branding dept. (Sublimation/Screen Printing/Embroidery)/Monitor to make sure that production will be on a set/given period of time to ensure delivery on time to the client.
Send e-mail to the accounts for DO & Inv. Preparation/Update the job List to ensure proper delivery of the finished/done orders.
Ensure all the documents / materials for dispatch will be within the cut off time.
Informed/update the sales team re: status of the items to be dispatched .
Attending incoming calls from the client and get details message to be forwarded to persons involve.
Maintains & Update Customer data information from time to time.
Attend/Perform other administrative duties if needed.
