● Adhere to all DDF “World Class” Customer Service Standards such as approaching and assisting customers in a warm and friendly manner
● Replenish sold items
● Monitor movement of stocks and process stock requisition as and when required.
● Ensure awareness and achievement of the daily individual sales budget
● Process payment through Electronic cash register (ECR) machine
Responsible for cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawal, check encashments, closing of accounts.
Signature verification through tge Siganture Verification System (SVS).
Posting all transaction dajustments to the CA/SA terminal at the start of banking day.
Accepting and processing of various fund transfer and remittances payments.
Outward clearing operations through the Electronic Clearing Systems (ECS).
Supports the Branch Head in attaining branch sales and revenue targets.
Conducts in-branch cross selling of all bank subsidiary products.
