Generate the monthly attendance report on a weekly basis
Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll preparation
Manage and calculate Annual and Sick leaves
Responsible for the coordination of employee performance management
Manage and calculate Annual and Sick leaves
Process the End of Service Gratuity
Make sure that an employee’s performance evaluation is conducted on the completion of the probation period and follow through to results
Provide coordination and report making in the annual appraisal evaluation
Audit the payroll for four branches on monthly basis and submit it to the Head of the HR for the final audit
Update 201 Files and Access File.
Assist in arranging & facilitating interviews.
Assist in the preparation of various reports required by the Ministry and ISO.
Additional tasks may be delegated as per the requirement
• Acts as Officer-in-Charge of the Mindanao Service Office with the power to act as the latter’s authorized representative relating to its transaction with government or private entities in the said area of operation.
• Binds the principal in any lawful transaction with the said entities for and in its behalf and to sign, receive and enter into writings, contracts and agreements deemed necessary for the furtherance of the principal’s business upon such terms and conditions proper and convenient.
• Authorized to ask, demand, sue for, recover, collect and receipt for any and all sums of money, debts, accounts, legacies, bequests, interests, dividends and other things of value of whatsoever nature or kind as may now be or may hereafter become due, owing, payable or belonging to the principal, and to have, use and take any and all lawful ways and means for the recovery thereof by suit, attachment, garnishment or otherwise.
• Attends any and all meetings, special, regular, ordinary or extra ordinary, with government agencies and of any and all firms, corporations, associations or other concerns of the principal, and then and there to exercise the latter’s voice and whatsoever other privileges, rights and prerogatives as may correspond thereon.
• Prosecutes and defend and all suits, actions, and other proceedings in the courts, tribunals, departments and offices of the government of the Philippines.
