Manages daily schedules of the engineers.
Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework.
Ensures adequate, timely and cost-effective services.
Respond to customer’s enquiries, complaints, request and schedule over phone
and via email.
Prepares order and check availability of the order before scheduling for delivery
to customers.
Follow up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
Submit completed jobs to accounts for billing.
* Ensure that the number of shipments is the same from the Amazon Flex app.
* Receiving shipments at warehouse (DDB6) and organize outgoing shipments for smooth delivery.
* Ensure that the shipments are not damage or no leakages.
* Report to Amazon Supervisor regarding the damaged or leaked shipments.
* Deliver shipments to customer given address mentioned in Amazon Flex (Offices and/or Home).
* For cash payment, ensure to call the customer first prior to delivery in order for the customer to be aware of the delivery and to arrange cash to avoid cancellation/return of shipment.
* Deposit the exact amount received from customer at Warehouse (DDB6).
* Return shipments shall be given to warehouse staff and provide details/reason
for return (Debriefing Area).
• Prepares tender documents requires for new projects.
• Prepares monthly salary for staff using WPS.
• Works hand in hand with Engineers, staff and superior.
• Processes inbound phone calls, check and distribute phone messages.
• Processes visa renewals, tenancy contracts, trade license renewals, etc.
• Prepares monthly expenses of the company.
• Operates office equipments such photocopier & fax machine, coordinates the servicing of the equipment.
• Prepares office correspondence and organizes files.
• Performs miscellaneous administrative duties such as dealing with banks, contractors and client.
* Prepares documents for Authorities (NAKHEEL, TRAKHEES, Dubai Silicon Oasis) submission for approval of the projects.
* Submit NOC application online for Authorities such as DEWA, Dubai Civil Aviation, EMPOWER, Dubai Civil Defense.
* Perform accounting works. Submit VAT filing, collect payments.
• Prepares and resize artworks for store banners.
