o Directly reporting to the A.Q.C’s of Primary Department from Grade 1 - 6
o Duly responsible for appointments of six levels (Gr.1 - 6) on a daily or weekly basis including preparation of Teacher’s Progress Report as per parent/Head of Department’s request
o Data entry, maintains office stationery and supplies, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
o Manage day-to-day activities for the entire office in an effective, efficient and professional manner
o Ensure confidentialities and record-keeping
o Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records. These include the grades, all registration data, and transcripts from prelim, midterm and finals.
o Preparing/receiving courier parcels domestic and international.
o Daily monitoring of Teacher’s/Assistant’s/Student’s absences and lateness
o Making follow-up call to parents for student’s absence as a protocol for safety and assurance purposes
o Attending parent’s concern about certain issues either behaviour or academic and redirecting them to the designated person the earliest time possible
o Ensuring Safety- First for each and every student inside the school premises.
