Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
▪ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
▪ Manage the recruitment and selection process
▪ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of
human capital
▪ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Regularly updates to Regional HR and and the department Manager

Support and assist with the co-ordination of training courses in region
Carry out and assist with induction for new members of staff
Absence Management
Ensure sickness and unauthorized leave is kept up to date and recorded for staff
Highlight any concerns or issues the arise in line with the policy
Administration:
Assist in the administration of the company's annual performance appraisal scheme
Filing - maintenance of personnel records both on a computer and manual system
Start new hire file and forms
Maintain the personnel files
Administration of promotions and terminations
Update of organizational chart
Monthly reporting of staff changes for Management

14- Follow up mandoub works and make report to operation manager.
15- Make all letters internal, governments and embassies.
16- Sending Shipments and tracking it (DHL & Global Express co.)
17- Vacation Schedules as work need.
18- Update expiration date for company licenses and other company.
19- Schedule operation manager meetings.
20- Follow up with lawyer regarding companies’ cases.
21- Recruitment services for overseas workers (Nepal, Philippine, India, Egypt and other countries)
22- Making test and evaluation for the staff monthly.

20- Responsible about issue HR & Administrators Forms, administrative circular,
internal memos, ect.
21- Contacted all government institutions, by writing books, get signature and handing
to mandoubs.
22- Report employee residence.
23- Arrange and sometime make forms to renew employee residence.
24- Handle with mandoubs to finish them works like, Health cards for labors & the
employee who carrying food items, Renew Truck book, Renew Advertisements on
the Trucks, doing the forms and collect all paper they need, etc
25- Sending Shipments and tracking it (FedEx & Aramex), Tracking other shipping
company.
26- Contact with lawyer for all cases on company.
27- Follow up the last update on each case and report it to HR Manager.
28- Assisting in secretary & administrator work for Aujan Beverage Company since
joining till now.
29- Follow up Maintenance contracts between company and other companies.
30- Follow up expiration of the government documents like “Commercial license,
Authorized signatory, Import license, Customs documents, ect.
31- Admin accesses for all company accounts on internet, like Zain & viva “
communication companies “, and I have authorize to do all changes over the
contracts.
