• Wings trainer focal point for the PO and PR, SCS and traveling module in AO.
• Vender master creation focal point.
• Preparing the contactor and lese agreements
• Milling Voucher Programme Member AO
• Food Voucher Programme in Member AO
• Creation of trip Focal point in AO for R &R, TEC, DSA, and Hazard
• Respond to queries regarding procurements data from staff in the unit and elsewhere in programme;
• Prepare the PO, DSA… any other related payments of staff in the system WIING as soon as to be ready for approve by chief of finance for paid.
• Initiate administrative actions related to procurement information;
• Initiate payment processing according to WFP financial rules and regulations
• Update and track processing of procurement actions;
• Prepare purchase order and contract for review by admin officer.
• Oversee the data input into procurement related database (WINGII) by administrative assistant and provide guidance on data input and validation;
• Maintain relevant internal data base and file, keep track of contractual agreements,
• Verify claims for accuracy and conference with procurement rules and regulation,
• Monitoring the fuel movement and prepare the monthly movement report sharing the data with fleet concerning staff.
• Respond to audits queries and follow up audits recommendation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
