• Working closely with senior management within the company.
• Maintain all employee files and documents
• Prepare and draft contracts, job offers and other necessary documents.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Manage HR administrative tasks such as processing vacations and drafting HR letters and necessary documents.
• Manage all HR government related tasks such as Saudization, visas and GOSI.
• Manage and process monthly payroll.
• Manage and process Health insurance for all employees and dependants.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics، policies and procedures across the organization.

• Update staff compensation & benefits.
• Ensure all staff documentation is updated and
complete.
