Develop and ensure the implementation of Community Outreach’s policies and procedures, strategy, business plan and budget in line with theorization vision and mission and proactively monitoring its progress
Plan and execute events, workshops and presentation.
Managing communications with all stakeholders!
Identify and apply suitable communication channels for reaching out to the community including school visits, community activities and awareness events.
Work with public, private and international entities by build a network within UAE to promote organization programs and facilities.
Lead the evaluation of community outreach activities and programs; suggest methods and recommendations to adjust when necessary.
Maintain accurate, complete and updated outreach database records.
Reporting the progress of the outreach programs to the department Director.
Developing and modify programs and services in accordance with the
institutional strategy, objectives and the student needs.
* Responding to Sponsors and stakeholders inquiries, and preparing reports
as requested by sponsors.
* Explore and find new work opportunities and funding for the students
through build relations with organizations, companies and jobs Agencies.
* Budget Planning & Staff Performance review
* Supervision of day to day operations assistants
