Conducting art and culture exhibition tours for visitors, groups, VIP guests
• Research and preparation for exhibitions and other TCA Abu Dhabi Culture Sector initiatives in collaboration with the Education & Professional Development Department, content development with museum partners and with external curators
• Assist in delivering and analyzing evaluation tools and in creating and delivering hands-on workshops
• Participate in outreach activities across TCA Abu Dhabi initiatives.
• Monitoring and responding to visitor enquiries via TCA Abu Dhabi Culture Sector informational email addresses.
• Undertaking of the necessary training for each exhibition to ensure consistency in the delivery of information.
• To adhere to the agreed upon Professional Development plan to ensure highest standards in the interpretation and presentation of subjects to provide a welcoming and informative museum experience.
• Additional project work not limited to research work, assistance with educational workshops and public engagement initiatives, and exhibition preparation.

• Responding to visitor enquiries about events and programs.
• Taking bookings for tours, educational workshops, public program events etc.
• Monitoring and responding to visitor enquirers via TCA Abu Dhabi Culture Sector informational email addresses..
• Undertaking training and learning as required to ensure consistency in message and presentation of the Culture Sector and its’ projects in the provision of world class visitor experience.
• Updating the Arts Abu Dhabi contact details database as required.
• Additional project work as needed including but not limited to research work, data entry, assisting the marketing / events teams as necessary
