• Oversee complex diary management - full control over appointments related to internal and external stakeholder meetings
• Anticipate CEO’s needs and provide high-level administrative support around the clock
• Arrange flights, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to travel consistently in a timely manner
• Handle confidential information and conduct monthly reports from across all abroad entities (US, UK, India, Malaysia)
• Prepare and develop research projects and findings for corporate reports/presentations
• Screen resumes and conduct first round interviews to potential candidates in line with various job openings
• Coordinate with third-party PR agencies and ensure all PR activities is on par with our vision
• Guarantee speedy turn-around of all corporate documents signature requirements
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding documents, activities, actions, travel and communication
• Maintain schedules, documentation management including drafting and preparing non-routine letters, memos, documents, and various reports and prepare/retrieve necessary documents to optimize effectiveness of directors; taking minutes of the meetings and dictations.
