- Initiate, coordinate, and oversee all agency activities on behalf of the client
- Manage day-to-day client-agency communication
- Report progress, delays and make sure the client is always in the know
- Constantly communicating with the manager about the client's situation and progress
▪ Provide administrative and business support to the person I report to directly ▪ Supporting Account Director/ Toys R US Marketing Manager with related tasks. ▪ Gaining knowledge of the functions of the client servicing department. ▪ Registering conferences, coordinating meetings & running office errands as required. ▪ Carrying out contributes and account tracking. ▪ Responsible for carrying out PPT presentations and tracking sheets. ▪ Support others as part of a team, both within and across functions, and understand the need to work together to create an environment of co-operation, trust and mutual responsibility.
