My role as a communications manager for Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain has been exciting thus far with a european style, 12 room world spa opening under my period in November 2014.
Below an overview of my current role:
* Organising and arranging corporate photoshoots, marketing videos and collaterals
* Development of the annual marketing strategy, budget and plan
* Management of the marketing mix and budgets
* Development of marketing campaigns by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising campaigns for successful execution and maximum exposure.
* Creation and development of print and online advertising

* Press releases development, interview preparation and handling for our management public exposure
* Preparation of documents for award entries
* Creation of bylined articles and cooperate collaterals
* Responsible for editorial direction, design and production of our prints in collaboration with our design agency

* Handling our property's social media accounts
* Build and sustain the property's reputation for quality, reliability and customer satisfaction for F&B

-Create clear and measurable advertising strategy for the magazine and ensure that team and editorial team have all understood and bought into the strategy .
-Delivering accurate forecasts as requested by the head of sales
-Ensuring a strategy is in place to deliver successful prospects to reach the magazine target each calender month.
- Created frequent reports on salesforce, and updates on Intelligent Flatplan, gaining invaluable skills for using industry standard software.
-Creating and sustaining successful, fruitful relationships with key clients.
-Deliver regular analysis of market month by month with problem areas.
-Ensuring all sales team members understand the monthly targets.
-Ensuring the sales team have a full editorial list at the beginning of each issue to maximize on sales strategies fitting the direction of the editorial for the magazine.
-Running and filling the flatplan to ensure that all key positions deliver maximum revenues and ad placement is appropriate according to clientle.
-Delivering monthly reports with expectations and comments.
-Communicating with production team to ensure all deadlines are met
-Ensure issues are flagged against flatplans on deadlines accurately.
-Making sure the team have mediapacks, deadlines, rates etc and can use and understand them effectively

-Responsible for developing and maintaing business relations with clients from different industries in bahrain.
-Brainstorming and implementing marketing strategies, identifying key players, identifying faults or over looked problems in schematic plan.
-Promoting our product to prospective customers and working with our IT department on developing better strategies to reach our target audience.
-Utilizing e-business in marketing the brand (ex: social networks, media, web etc.)
-Collecting and providing critical feedback from clients and focus groups.
-Working with graphic designers on our brand identity as well as brochure design, wording and website development.

In charge of design work for a renovation project for a beauty saloon.
