1.Undertake outreach to key community leaders to access, engage, and mobilize the local communities in the targeted areas.
2.Deliver awareness raising sessions on GBV and CP-related topics including Child labor, and child rights, parenting skills, gender roles, gender equality, online safety, and prevention of cyberbullying, GBV types and prevention of violence,
3.Plan and design community-focused PSS activities and ESG in collaboration with the protection case management team and the project psychologists.
4.Facilitate the participation and engagement of vulnerable target individuals and groups such as person with disability (PWD) and older person, women and children in planned activities, ensuring appropriate attention is paid to specific emotional and physical needs.
5.Support community volunteers and OV activity manager to co-facilitate awareness-raising sessions
6.Support community volunteers in planning and implementing community initiatives.
7.Undertake and follow up referral of protection cases as identified to relevant services including case management and appropriate external service providers.
8.Participate in regular project meetings and attend internal and external trainings, as appropriate and
required.
9.Proactively keep abreast of project developments as provided by the protection manager and of the
context and protection situation of the targeted communities.
