Control of Project Documentation
• Position covers the performance of activities related to Project with regards to
Document Control & IT / IS Support Services. Defining and implementing the
strategy for the Documentation Management System during the project phase
up to the hand-over to Operation.
• Be responsible for filing of the project documents.
• Follow up Technical document routing.
• Be responsible for the organization of the project directory

• Compile and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints,
drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating
departments: Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change
orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
• Confer with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve
discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
• Post changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents,
and notifies affected departments.
• Maintain related files.
• May prepare requests for reproduction of documents.
• May prepare reports and memorandums
Maximize the sales of a company's goods or services in many different
settings.
• Help to ensure the commercial success of a diverse range of companies in the
markets.
• Involve working with high profile brands and products.
• Involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Take notes, prepare drafts, and after editing by General Manager and Clerk of
the Board, finalize documents. Type letters, reports, etc., from dictated,
handwritten, or other sources.
• Organize and maintain files and records, answer telephone and direct calls to
appropriate department or person, or handle calls if knowledgeable on subject
under discussion.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
