• Coordinate the daily HR related issues

• This includes providing front of house duties through greeting and managing visitors and controlling the telephone call management system Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily activities of the office to ensure its smooth running Greet and look after suppliers and all visitors.
• Manage the telephone switchboard dealing with all incoming calls ensuring a prompt response to all calls and inquiries Sort and distribute all incoming mail and documents.
• Manage the booking of meeting rooms and equipment including organizing refreshments lunches etc and clearing room ready for next meeting
• Organize couriers for international and local deliveries where required Complete relevant Airway Bill ensuring all details are accurate and recipients advised
• Keep up-to-date record Assist with the typing of letters reports and general documentation.
• Manage the office supplies stationery etc and control of uniform stock on a Monthly basis
Coordinate with all Merchandiser's related issues such Merchandiser's Application, Promotion and sampling in the store.
Making badges for all staff and merchandisers.
Attendance Report for all staff.
