Lead planning and/or implementation of projects.
•participate in the design and/or testing phases.

•Coordinates with the business analysts to understand the business requirements and the modifications in the available solution that are required
•Provides a detailed specification regarding the mandatory hardware and software modules necessary for a specific project implementation or bid
•Takes a holistic approach to understand the customer problems and tries to bring the best possible feature set
•Creates a “System Architecture” for deployment of the product and its integration into existing systems

As a Product Owner
•Create, maintain, prioritize and sequence the Product Backlog
•Participate in all Scrum ceremonies
•Handle product releases (Scope, Meetings with stakeholders, SIT, UAT, rehearsal & rollback, go live, documentation and post-release support)
•Develop new features to extend the value that is offered to users through the product
•Propose product best practices for a better UX and to make test campaigns' results more efficient and reliable
Assess/discover Client's needs
•Map the solution's features/functions to the client's needs
•Identify Gaps from the above mentioned mapping and recommend solutions
•Be the link point of contact between the client's team and the technician’s team at MDSL Offshore
•Assist MDSL Offshore team in the following technical tasks
•Adaptation of the solution to the client's needs; minor development
•Integration of MDSLO solutions
•Data Conversion/Migration
•Reports customization and development
•Hold assessment /discussion meetings with CXO's of the Client
•Provide training on the Solution to an audience of 5-15 person
